Insights arise when one sees clearly the tendencies of mind that pulls us away from the present moment and from accessing the stillness deep within. She guides practitioners on how to use the power of awareness to set ourselves free and experience calm and fulfillment by getting in touch with our ground of being. The space opens up to deep reflections, personal stories, and questions. The collective reflections invite listeners into a deep inquiry leading to insights and awakening.

Conflicting thoughts and emotions can cause us to feel unsettled and perpetuate a restless mind. Through serenity meditation, we can work to calm and cool down the internal formations.
